A gentle companion for every week of your pregnancy.
Answer a few questions once, and Mupa Care works out what your body actually needs — how much to eat, how much weight to gain, which movements are safe this trimester, and what you're likely to be feeling before you have to ask.

Every plan, session and consultation in Mupa Care is built with practitioners who are qualified to give it.
Practising obstetricians and midwives registered with the Nepal Medical Council.
Qualified nutritionists shape the diet plans and review the guidance in the Nutrition tab.
Trained prenatal instructors design every movement, so nothing is unsafe for your trimester.
Most pregnancy advice is written for everyone. Yours is built from your own screening — your body, your trimester, your week.
Generic advice can't tell you whether you are gaining the right amount of weight, or how much your body needs to eat today. Mupa Care starts from your height, your pre-pregnancy weight, your age and how active your days really are — then keeps adjusting as the weeks pass.
Five tabs. One steady companion.
Everything shaped around the week you're in — and Mupa, the little bird floating on every screen.
Your week, your month, and how your baby is growing — size, length and weight, named in English and Nepali. A journey bar counts down to your due date, and your weight gain is checked against the range that's healthy for your BMI.
Your daily needs worked out from your BMI, trimester and activity level — energy, protein, carbohydrate, healthy fats and water, in plain numbers. Every target is matched to food you already cook: dal, gundruk, til, sinki, fish, seasonal saag.
Guided sessions built for your trimester and how active you already were — a gentle track and an active one. Cat–cow, pelvic tilts, bound angle, Kegels, side-lying rest: each move timed, with a line telling you exactly how to do it.
Every ANC visit in one place. Message OB-GYNs, midwives and nutritionists — you see their NMC number, qualifications, languages and district before you book — and keep lab tests, scans and prescriptions together.
Maya means love in Nepali, and this tab is exactly that. Pregnancy is emotional too. Open any trimester to read what's common — how you may feel, what's happening in your body, and gentle things that help — plus a two-minute calm breathing exercise for the hard afternoons.
A warm little bird floating on every screen. Mupa greets you by name, remembers which week you're in, and speaks up when it matters — a nudge about your first scan around week 12, the anomaly scan at week 20, a reminder to log your weight, a tip for today. It shows you around the app on your first visit, talks in English or Nepali, and works with no signal at all.
No signal? The app still works.
Data drops out on the bus, in the village, in the hospital basement. That's exactly when a mother reaches for her phone — so the parts you need most don't wait for a network.
Your week, baby size, nutrition targets, exercise moves and Maya's trimester guides are all stored on the phone.
Greetings, milestone nudges and daily tips are worked out locally — no server call, no waiting.
Weights, reminders and logs you enter offline upload themselves the next time you have a connection.
How it works
Your due date or last period, height and pre-pregnancy weight, age, how active your days are, and how you've been feeling. It takes a couple of minutes.
From your BMI we set a healthy weight-gain range, calculate your daily energy and protein needs for the trimester you're in, and pick an exercise track at the right level for you.
Everything updates as the weeks pass. Log your ANC visits and reports, follow your reminders, and let Mupa tell you what's worth knowing this week.
When you want a real person
Tracking, guidance and Mupa are free, forever. Book a session only when you want one-to-one care — no subscription, pay for what you use.
Talk to a nutritionist and get a weekly or monthly diet plan built around your trimester, your BMI and the food you actually cook at home.
Online consultations for the questions that come up between ANC visits — the ones too small to travel for, too big to ignore.
When Maya isn't enough. Speak to a counsellor about anxiety, low mood or the things you'd rather not say out loud to family.
Pay the way you already do. Prices are shown in rupees before you book, and some clinicians offer a free first chat.
Caesarean births in Nepal are rising.
Nepal Demographic and Health Survey, 2016 and 2022. In private facilities the 2022 rate was 51.4%.
One birth in ten was a caesarean in 2016. By 2022 it was closer to one in five — and past half in private hospitals.
A caesarean is not a failure. When it's needed it saves two lives, and nothing here will talk a mother out of one her doctor recommends. But above roughly 10–15%, WHO says more surgery stops improving survival. That gap is avoidable operations.

Careful with your health — and with your data
Mupa Care supports your pregnancy with gentle guidance. It does not replace your doctor or midwife, and it never pretends to.
Nutrition and weight targets come from published guidance (ACOG, IOM/DRI) applied to your measurements. They're a starting point for a conversation with your clinician, not a diagnosis.
Reports, scans and prescriptions are visible only to you and the clinician you choose to share them with. Delete your account and it all goes with it.
Every clinician's registration number, qualifications, languages and district are on their profile, so you can check them before you book.
For urgent symptoms, SOS puts Nepal's ambulance number (102) and your emergency contact one tap away. In an emergency, call — don't message.
Walk through this with someone beside you.
Free to use, in English and Nepali, and it will work whether or not you have signal that day.
